In this section, you can open and print your Benefit Summaries and Summary Plan Descriptions (SPD’s) for:
How to Enroll
Select Login in the top right corner.
If you are a new user, click “Register as a new user“.
To create an account you will need to provide the following information:
First Name
Last Name
Company Identifier: EH1
Last 4 digits of your social security number
Date of Birth
